About this Event

One-on-one mentoring can be transformative, especially for women who want to grow as leaders and create professional networks. Mentoring not only fills the gap left by corporate America, it helps women build their confidence and will to lead.

During this dynamic speed-mentoring event, you’ll be paired with Rotary members who are using their leadership skills to solve problems in the workplace and the community. It’s your chance to meet other professional women and learn from career development experts.

The topics that we’ll explore include:

  • Working effectively with diverse groups of people

  • Overcoming the challenges women face in being heard and recognized in the workplace

  • Using your leadership skills to solve problems at work and in your community

Doors open at 3:15. Ticket includes three, one-on-one conversations with experts and a networking reception with appetizers and beverages.

  • Networking reception, 4:30-5:30

This event is geared toward anyone who identifies as a female or gender nonconforming /non-binary.

Located at the Metropolitan on the 66th floor of the Willis Tower overlooking Chicago. We recommend allowing at least 20 minutes to go through security and navigate the elevators.

Willis Tower is one block west of the Quincy stop on the Brown/Purple, Orange, Pink and Purple Lines; 5 blocks from the Jackson Red/Blue Line stops
